RMA Support

Products covered by warranty or service agreement may be returned for RMA service. A RMA number must be issued before the product may be returned to Leadman Electronics USA. Fill out the RMA request form in order to receive a RMA number. The RMA support staff will review the request and reply back to you within one business day.

Return Instructions

Before returning the product, request a RMA number from the RMA support team. Products returned without a RMA number may delay its processing. This checklist will help ensure that the returned item is directed to the correct support team.

  • Include a packing slip with the returned product.
  • Make sure the RMA number is clearly visible on the shipping label and/or packing slip.
  • Ship the product freight prepaid.
  • Pack the product with sufficient cushioning to prevent damage when in transit
  • Keep a record of the tracking number(s)
